Kiehn Infrastructure provided skilled plant hire support to BMD Constructions on the Hall Road major road project in Victoria. Working within a large construction programme, the Kiehn team delivered high-precision excavation services across multiple work fronts.
We achieved this by:
- Performing detailed excavation of drainage culvert trenches to tight tolerances, followed by careful backfilling and compaction around installed culverts to ensure structural integrity and long-term performance.
- Completing the box-out of the road formation to subgrade levels across the project corridor, preparing a consistent and stable foundation for road pavement construction.
- Excavating a retention dam and associated swale drains to manage stormwater runoff from the road corridor in accordance with the project’s drainage design.
By providing reliable, skilled plant hire machinery and operators, we enabled the BMD Constructions team to maintain programme and deliver quality outcomes across critical earthworks packages.
