Maryknoll Driveway Cut

Residential site cut & land development

Project Overview

On this project, Kiehn Infrastructure was engaged to transform the rough grounds of a residential site into a functional driveway in Maryknoll, Victoria.

As part of the project, our work included:

  • Designed and constructed a new driveway crossover, including all associated drainage works to manage stormwater effectively at the point of entry.
  • Boxed out the driveway formation and reshaped batters to specification, followed by the installation and compaction of quarry product to create a durable, all-weather surface.
  • Constructed three concrete tank pads to support water storage infrastructure on the property.
  • Deployed a forestry mulcher to clear dense vegetation from the rear of the property, enabling safe and efficient earthworks to follow.
  • Excavated and relocated over 500 cubic metres of material to the rear of the site, then graded and compacted the area to create a new level platform for future use.

Our work on this project showcased our ability to manage a multi-disciplinary scope with precision and care, with the client receiving their intended outcome smoothly and to specification.

Testimonial

“Really impressed with how professional and organised Rowan and the Kiehn infrastructure team were from start to finish. They made the whole project run smoothly, and the final result was exactly what we hoped for.
Highly recommend!”
