Pump Station Access Track

Access track & hard stand construction

Project Overview

We were contracted to prepare the site for a new trunk pump station at Dingley, including the construction of a robust access track and crane hard stand areas.

For this project, our team was required to:

  • Complete targeted vegetation removal along the proposed access track corridor and within the pump station footprint, clearing the way for all subsequent civil works.
  • Box out the access track formation and crane hard stand areas to the required depths and dimensions, preparing a stable base for the compacted surface layers.
  • Supply all quarry products required for the project and completed the full formation of the access track, including structured layer compaction to achieve the required bearing capacity for both regular access traffic and crane operations.

The result was a compliant, fit-for-purpose access track and crane hard stand that demonstrated our team’s capability to work within utility and infrastructure environments, managing vegetation, earthworks and quarry product installation to a high standard.
